What was promised, per account, and every rep can find it.

Much of what gets agreed lives in calls and threads, not in the deal record. MeshTale keeps each account’s history together, so an assistant answers from that account only, with the source.

Dana agreed a pilot discount on the pricing call, for the first year only, and Marco confirmed it in writing the same week. The renewal opportunity does not mention it yet.

The problem

What was agreedis rarely in the deal record.

Reps move between discovery calls, proposals and negotiations for different accounts on the same day, and much of what was agreed lives in recordings and threads. A commitment made to one account gets repeated to another, or contradicted at renewal because nobody could find what was said.

An example (fictional)

Priya inherits an account two weeks before renewal. The pricing exception the previous rep agreed to is in a call recording nobody transcribed, the thread mentions it in passing, and the deal record says nothing, so she opens the renewal at list price and the customer forwards her the old email.

Step 1

Pick one live deal

Start with an account far enough along that its history is already scattered. It gets its own space, separate from every other account.

Step 2

Bring in its record

Connect the call notes, the email thread and the opportunity for that account only.

Ask before the next call

Ask what was promised and what is still open. Exact and meaning search are merged, and each claim cites the call or thread it came from.

Ask it like a colleague

From any connected assistant. Every answer comes back cited.

  • What discount did we actually agree with this account last quarter?
  • What objection did they raise on the second call?
  • Which commitments from the pilot are still open?
  • Has anyone promised them a custom integration?

When you may not need MeshTale

If your deals are short, self-serve and fully captured in the deal record as they happen, your CRM is already doing this job.

Questions

No. Your CRM stays the record of the deal. MeshTale holds what was said around it, in calls, threads and notes, and cites them when an assistant answers.

Not if each account has its own workspace. An assistant connected for Northwind only searches Northwind, and every recall is logged.

Start with one live deal rather than moving everything at once. It is ready to judge when that account’s sources are connected and a rep can test real questions against the answers and citations.
