Product/How it works

Context goes in once, and only the right agents get it back.

Your team keeps working where it already works. MeshTale checks what comes in, files it to the right client, waits for a person when it should, and answers only the agents allowed to ask.

Free tier, no card required.

Four steps from scattered contextto answers you can trust.

Each step has its own page if you want the detail. Here is the short version.

Slack Gmail Google Drive Notion Zoom GitHub HubSpot Jira Microsoft Teams Confluence G Obsidian

26 sources supported, plus webhooks, uploads and the API

Step 1

Connect where the work happens

Link the tools your team already uses, and the coding agents too. Each connection feeds the workspace you choose, so nobody has to change how they work.

Step 2

Organize by client

Everything lands in a workspace, usually one per client, then in collections inside it. People and AI tools both write memories, and every one shows who wrote it.

Step 3

Govern before anyone recalls it

Personal data is masked on the way in. Audience and sensitivity decide who may see each memory, and a review queue can hold new ones for a person first.

Step 4

Recall with citations

Agents and people ask in plain words. Exact and meaning search are merged, every answer cites its memories, and every recall is logged.

One memory, start to finish, with nobody chasing it.

A kickoff call for one client, followed from the moment it is recorded to the moment an agent uses it.

    Recalled with its source

Claude Code gets the right context for Northwind. An agent working for Kestrel gets nothing.

The question nobody had to ask“Which client was that call about again?”

Two ways to ask,the same governed answers.

Use the AI tool you already work in, or ask MeshTale directly. Either way the same workspace rules apply, and the same log records it.

Two tools to connect. Each connection is bound to one workspace, so an agent working for one client cannot reach another.

What did we agree with Northwind on the renewal?

The floor is $4,200 a month from the March invoice.1 The billing export now splits the renewal line, so the invoice will show it separately.2

Questions

No. People keep using Slack, Drive, their meeting notes and their coding agents. MeshTale reads from the sources you connect and files what it finds.

When you connect a source, you choose the workspace it feeds, such as one Slack channel or Drive folder per client. Everything from that source is filed there.

Anything that speaks MCP, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Grok, Windsurf and Zed. There is also a REST API with workspace-scoped keys, and a built-in chat for people.

Each agent connection is bound to a workspace. A question about another client is refused, and the attempt is written to the audit log with the agent, the workspace and the time.

Only where you want it. Turn on review for sensitive sources and new memories wait for a person. Everything else is recallable as soon as it is filed.
