Every client gets its own memory, and no brief in the wrong account.

Your team moves between client briefs, calls and assistant chats all day. MeshTale keeps each client’s context in its own workspace, so every answer comes from the right account.

On the last launch call Dana agreed the date moves to the 14th, once the client signs off the homepage copy. Marco’s thread has the approved positioning line, which replaced the one the client rejected.

The problem

One shared place for every clientis where the wrong brief comes from.

The same people and the same assistants work across several client accounts every day. When client context sits in one shared place, a brief or an answer from one account gets pulled into work for another.

An example (fictional)

Maya takes over the Harbor & Pine launch after the account lead gets sick the morning of a client call. The approved positioning is buried in a Slack thread, the old version is still in Google Drive, and the task in Asana has no explanation, so she presents a line the client rejected two weeks earlier.

Three steps, each one a real part of the product. You keep working in the tools you already use.

Step 1

Give each client a workspace

Each account gets its own people, sources and agent connections. An agent bound to one client never has another client in scope.

Memory & workspaces
ClaudeBrief draft v3: launch sectionby SamWaiting for OK
FLaunch call: date moves to the 14thby DanaApproved
Step 2

Connect that account’s sources

Bring in the approved channels, folders, tasks and call notes for that account only. New memories can wait for a person’s OK before any agent sees them.

Step 3

Ask, then check the source

Ask about decisions, promises and open feedback. Every answer cites the call, thread or document behind it, and every recall is logged.

Audit log

An agent works for one client, and never sees past that client’s edge.

Every agent connection is bound to a workspace. Ask from outside it and the answer is a refusal, not a filtered result. The attempt goes in the audit log either way. More on memory and workspaces

Questions people actually ask, answered from the right place.

Ask it like a colleague

From any connected assistant. Every answer comes back cited.

  • What did we actually promise Harbor & Pine about the launch date?
  • Why did the client reject the first homepage direction?
  • Which feedback from the last call still has not made it into the brief?
  • Where did this claim about their audience come from?

When you may not need MeshTale

If one person handles one client and already keeps all of its context in one place, a personal memory tool is likely enough.

Questions

Yes. People can belong to several workspaces. What changes is that each agent connection is bound to one workspace, so a question asked for Northwind is answered from Northwind.

Close access to that client’s workspace and disconnect its sources according to your contract and retention obligations. Ending one relationship does not mean untangling its material from every other client’s context.

Connecting client material does not make it client-facing by itself. Your team decides which people and assistants can use each workspace, and any client-facing workflow should get its own deliberate access and review choices.
