Northwind asked to move the review back a week and keep the launch date. This comes from your personal connections; nobody else in the workspace can see them.

The problem

Pasting an email into a chatputs it somewhere you do not control.

Your best context sits in your own inbox and notes, and you would like your assistants to use it. You would not like your teammates, or their agents, to read it.

An example (fictional)

Dana wants her assistant to know what a client said in last week’s email, so she pastes the thread into a chat. The thread includes a colleague’s phone number and a private note, and now it sits in a chat history she cannot manage.

The assistant needed one email. It got the whole thread, phone number included.

Start with your own inbox, then widen it when it works.

Three steps, each one a real part of the product. You keep working in the tools you already use.

Step 1

Connect as personal

Personal connections are visible only to you, even when you work inside a shared workspace.

Step 2

Mask what should not be kept

Step 3

Recall it from any assistant

Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini and others recall through MCP, with a citation, and every recall is logged.

Audit log

Questions people actually ask, answered from the right place.

Ask it like a colleague

From any connected assistant. Every answer comes back cited.

  • What did this client say in their last email?
  • What did I note after my 1:1 with Marco?
  • What have I promised to do this week?
  • Where did I save the notes from that call?

Starts with the tools you have

Sources this usually begins with. Connect only what belongs in the workspace.

When you may not need MeshTale

If you never want an assistant to read your mail, do not connect it. MeshTale only reads the sources you choose.
